Motion to Discharge a Committee from the Consideration of a Resolution

To the Clerk of the House of Representatives:

Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XV, I, Mark Takano, move to discharge the Committee on Rules from the consideration of the resolution (H.Res. 1247) entitled, a resolution providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 2102) to amend title 10, United States Code, to provide for concurrent receipt of veterans' disability compensation and retired pay for disability retirees with combat-related disabilities, and for other purposes, which was referred to said committee April 30th, 2026, in support of which motion the undersigned Members of the House of Representatives affix their signatures, to wit:
