Motion to Discharge a Committee from the Consideration of a Resolution

To the Clerk of the House of Representatives:

Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XV, I, Chip Roy, move to discharge the Committee on Rules from the consideration of the resolution (H.Res. 216) entitled, a resolution providing for the consideration of the bill (H.R. 471) to prohibit the Secretary of Health and Human Services from lessening the stringency of, and to prohibit the Secretary of Homeland Security from ceasing or lessening implementation of, the COVID-19 border health provisions through the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, and for other purposes, which was referred to said committee March 10th, 2021, in support of which motion the undersigned Members of the House of Representatives affix their signatures, to wit:
