Motion to Discharge a Committee from the Consideration of a Joint Resolution

To the Clerk of the House of Representatives:

Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XV, I, Ayanna Pressley, move to discharge the Committee on the Judiciary from the consideration of the joint resolution (H.J.Res. 25) entitled, a joint resolution removing the deadline for the ratification of the equal rights amendment,, which was referred to said committee January 31st, 2023, in support of which motion the undersigned Members of the House of Representatives affix their signatures, to wit:
