Motion to Discharge a Committee from the Consideration of a Bill

To the Clerk of the House of Representatives:

Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XV, I, Anna G. Eshoo, move to discharge the Committees on Ways and Means and Oversight and Government Reform from the consideration of the bill (H.R. 305) entitled, a bill to amend the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 to require the disclosure of certain tax returns by Presidents and certain candidates for the office of the President, and for other purposes, which was referred to said committees January 5th, 2017, in support of which motion the undersigned Members of the House of Representatives affix their signatures, to wit:
