Motion to Discharge a Committee from the Consideration of a Resolution

To the Clerk of the House of Representatives:

Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XV, I, Bob Good, move to discharge the Committee on Rules from the consideration of the resolution (H.Res. 1167) entitled, a resolution providing for the consideration of the bill (H.R. 1011) to implement equal protection under the 14th article of amendment to the Constitution for the right to life of each born and preborn human person,, which was referred to said committee June 9th, 2022, in support of which motion the undersigned Members of the House of Representatives affix their signatures, to wit:
