Motion to Discharge a Committee from the Consideration of a Bill

To the Clerk of the House of Representatives:

Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XV, I, Pete Aguilar, move to discharge the Committee on the Judiciary from the consideration of the bill (H.R. 2867) entitled, a bill to amend the Voting Rights Act of 1965 to revise the criteria for determining which States and political subdivisions are subject to section 4 of the Act, and for other purposes, which was referred to said committee June 24th, 2015, in support of which motion the undersigned Members of the House of Representatives affix their signatures, to wit:
