Motion to Discharge a Committee from the Consideration of a Joint Resolution

To the Clerk of the House of Representatives:

Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XV, I, Jeff Duncan, move to discharge the Committees on Energy and Commerce and Ways and Means from the consideration of the joint resolution (H.J.Res. 67) entitled, a joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services relating to "Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Omnibus COVID-19 Health Care Staff Vaccination", which was referred to said committees December 9th, 2021, in support of which motion the undersigned Members of the House of Representatives affix their signatures, to wit:
