Motion to Discharge a Committee from the Consideration of a Resolution

To the Clerk of the House of Representatives:

Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XV, I, Brian J. Mast, move to discharge the Committee on Rules from the consideration of the resolution (H.Res. 1039) entitled, a resolution providing for the consideration of the joint resolution (H.J. Res. 72) providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention relating to "Requirement for Persons To Wear Masks While on Conveyances and at Transportation Hubs", which was referred to said committee April 6th, 2022, in support of which motion the undersigned Members of the House of Representatives affix their signatures, to wit:
