Motion to Discharge a Committee from the Consideration of a Resolution

To the Clerk of the House of Representatives:

Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XV, I, Scott Perry, move to discharge the Committee on Foreign Affairs from the consideration of the resolution (H.Res. 160) entitled, a resolution expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the International Olympic Committee should rebid the 2022 Winter Olympic Games to be hosted by a country that recognizes and respects human rights, which was referred to said committee February 24th, 2021, in support of which motion the undersigned Members of the House of Representatives affix their signatures, to wit:
