Motion to Discharge a Committee from the Consideration of a Bill
Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XV, I, Markwayne Mullin, move to discharge the Committees on Energy and Commerce, Transportation and Infrastructure, and Natural Resources from the consideration of the bill (H.R. 575) entitled, a bill to establish a more uniform, transparent, and modern process to authorize the construction, connection, operation, and maintenance of international border-crossing facilities for the import and export of oil and natural gas and the transmission of electricity, which was referred to said committees January 28th, 2021, in support of which motion the undersigned Members of the House of Representatives affix their signatures, to wit:
