Office of the At Large Congressional District of North Dakota

118th Congress, 2nd Session

The Washington, DC, office of former Representative Kelly Armstrong will continue to serve the people of the At Large Congressional District of North Dakota under the supervision of the Clerk of the House of Representatives. Representative Armstrong resigned December 14, 2024.

Please note that the office will be closed from December 23, 2024, through January 2, 2025, and will reopen January 3, 2025.

Interim Vacant Office Status

By federal law and the Rules of the House of Representatives, the employees of the former Representative continue to staff the offices of the congressional district under the supervision of the Clerk of the House of Representatives. The congressional district does not have voting representation during the interim period.

Legislative Information

Until a new Representative is seated, the vacant congressional office cannot take or advocate positions of public policy. Constituents may choose to express opinions on legislation or issues to their elected Senators.
