Motion to Discharge a Committee from the Consideration of a Bill
Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XV, I, David Schweikert, move to discharge the Committee on Energy and Commerce from the consideration of the bill (H.R. 6009) entitled, a bill to provide that the public health emergency declared with respect to COVID-19 shall terminate on the date on which the Secretary of Health and Human Services approves, or authorizes emergency use of, a drug intended to treat COVID-19, which was referred to said committee November 17th, 2021, in support of which motion the undersigned Members of the House of Representatives affix their signatures, to wit:
