| Motion to Discharge a Committee from the Consideration of a resolution | ||

| To the Clerk of the House of Representatives: |
| Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XV, I, Devin Nunes, move to discharge the Committee on Natural Resources from the consideration of the bill (H.R. 3105) to provide that operations of the Central Valley Project shall not be restricted pursuant to any biological opinion issued under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, if such restrictions would result in levels of export less than the historical maximum level of export; which was referred to said committee on June 26, 2009, in support of which motion the undersigned Members of the House of Representatives affix their signatures, to wit: |
