9:02:53 A.M. SPEAKER'S APPROVAL OF THE JOURNAL - Pursuant to section 7(a) of H. Res. 891, the Journal of the last day's proceedings was approved.
9:03:51 A.M. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - The Chair designated Mr. Neguse to lead the Members in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
9:04:02 A.M. H. Res. 911 Mr. Hoyer asked unanimous consent to consider as introduced.

Res. 911 — "Relating to House Resolution 891, and providing for consideration of the Senate amendment to the bill (H.R. 748) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the excise tax on high cost employer-sponsored health coverage."

H.R. 748 OBJECTION TO VOTE - At the conclusion of debate on the motion to concur in the Senate amendment to H.R. 748, the Chair put the question on the motion and by voice vote, announced that the ayes had prevailed. Mr. Massie demanded a recorded vote, and the Chair determined that an insufficient number of Members having arisen, the demand for a recorded vote was refused. Mr. Massie made a point of order that a quorum was not present and the Chair counted for a quorum. Subsequently, the Chair announced that a quorum was present.
1:27:06 P.M. H.R. 748 Motion to reconsider laid on the table Agreed to without objection.
1:27:29 P.M. The Speaker announced that the House do now adjourn pursuant to section 7(b) of H. Res. 891. The next meeting is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on March 31, 2020.
