3:01:31 P.M. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - The Chair led the House in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
3:01:32 P.M. The House received a message from the Clerk. Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received the following message from the Secretary of the Senate on November 18, 2016 at 10:52 a.m.: That the Senate agreed to the House amendments to the text and title of the bill S. 2754, that the Senate passed S. 3395, S. 434, H.R. 5873, H.R. 4902, and H.R. 3471 amended.
3:03:46 P.M. The Speaker announced that the House do now adjourn pursuant to section 3(b) of H. Res. 921. The next meeting is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on November 22, 2016.
