12:02:17 P.M. The Chair announced that pursuant to section 6(a) of H. Res. 438, the Journal of the last day's proceedings was approved.
12:02:25 P.M. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - The Chair designated Mr. Hoyer to lead the Members in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
12:02:38 P.M. S. Con. Res. 30 Considered as privileged matter. S. Con. Res. 30 — "Providing for a conditional adjournment or recess of the Senate and an adjournment of the House of Representatives."
