Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received a message from the Secretary of the Senate on September 23, 2011, at 2:56 p.m., stating that that body had passed H.R. 2832 with an amendment.

Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received a message from the Secretary of the Senate on September 23, 2011, at 3:29 p.m., stating that that body had passed H.R. 2646 and H.R. 2943. The message also stated the Senate had agreed to S. Con. Res. 27 and S. Con. Res. 29.
