Keiser of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, William Pepicello of Scottsdale, Arizona, and Arthur J. Rothkopf of Washington, DC upon the recommendation of the Majority Leader to the National Advisory Committee on Institutional Quality and Integrity.

Mr. LaMalfa objected to the voice vote based upon the absence of a quorum and the Speaker postponed further proceedings on the question of agreeing to the Speaker's approval of the Journal until a time to be announced.
