POSTPONED PROCEEDINGS - The Speaker announced that he had examined the Journal of the last day's proceedings and had approved it. Mr. Shimkus demanded that the question be put on agreeing to the approval of the Journal and by voice vote, the Speaker announced that the ayes had prevailed. Mr. Shimkus objected to the voice vote and made a point of no quorum and the Speaker announced that further proceedings on the question of agreeing to the approval of the Journal would be postponed until later in the legislative day. The point of order was considered as withdrawn.
