Motion to Discharge a Committee from the Consideration of a resolution | ||

To the Clerk of the House of Representatives: |
Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XV, I, John R. Carter, move to discharge the Committee on Ways and Means from consideration of the bill (H.R. 735) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide that penalties and interest will not be imposed on individuals who are citizens of the United States; which was referred to said committee on January 28, 2009, in support of which motion the undersigned Members of the House of Representatives affix their signatures, to wit: |
