| Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XV, I, Walter B. Jones, move to discharge the Committee on Armed Services from the consideration of the bill (H.R. 775) entitled, a bill to repeal the requirement for reduction of survivor annuities under the Survivor Benefit Plan to offset the receipt of veterans dependency and indemnity compensation; which was referred to said committee on January 28, 2009, in support of which motion the undersigned Members of the House of Representatives affix their signatures, to wit: |
