Motion to Discharge a Committee from the Consideration of a resolution

To the Clerk of the House of Representatives:
 
Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XV, I, Tom Campbell, move to discharge the Committee on Rules from the consideration of the resolution (H. Res. 126) entitled, a resolution providing for the consideration of the bill (H.R. 417) to amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to reform the financing of campaigns for elections for Federal office, which was referred to said committee on March 23, 1999, in support of which motion the undersigned Members of the House of Representatives affix their signatures, to wit:
